A Rental Agreement for use of Limousine, Pass. Van's, Party Bus or Car Services. 

Terms & Conditions of WLS Washington Limo Services LLC., is a legally binding contract. An agreement between consumer such as; (the client, billing contact, booking contact, passenger(s)) and WLS Washington Limo Services in governing the use of the services offered by WLS Washington Limo Services LLC. Please, review all service terms fully before the use of the services. By Booking or Reserving services from Washington Limo Services LLC., client or clients are agreeing to our terms & conditions. Reservations:

Reservation can be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, either by phone or online reservations system. A reservations may be made as little as 3 hours in advanced for some vehicles. However, for local booking it is recommended for all Sedans and SUV reservations to be booked 24 hours in advanced; Pass. Van's to be booked 72 hours in advanced; Limousines and Party Buses to be booked 1+ week(s) in advanced. Nationwide reservations MUST be booked 48+ hours in advanced. Worldwide reservations MUST be booked 1+ week(s) in advanced. Otherwise, we can't guarantee the booking (limousines, party buses; nationwide or worldwide). Otherwise, we'll do our best to accommodate the services requested. 

a. NOTE: 35% from the total coast of the trip, a none refundable deposit is required for all Limousines, Party Buses and Pass. Vans reservations. 

b. NO LAST MINUTE booking is allowed for Limousines or Party Buses (1 to 2 hours before pick-up time). Must be booked in advanced. For emergency cases please contact us at 844-800-6462.

c. MOBILE APP:  Using the Client Mobile App, reservation can be made 2 hours prior the pick-up time.

 

All reservations require a Credit Card to book the vehicle: 

a. Upon completion of each booking a credit card is required to reserve the vehicle for the requested date of service; simply to put the reservation on hold, until completion of the services. An imprint of the credit card may be used to verify and to update credit card on file used for reservations. Credit Card will be charged upon completion of each services; late or last minute cancellation or no call; no show conditions. Please note, each reservation booked, final charges are determined after the completion of the job. Example, extra charge can be: exceeding the number of hours pre-reserved for Hourly/As Directed reservations, wait-time, toll, ferry or booking worldwide or nationwide charges. These charges are allocated during the trip and based on the location of services. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. 

b.By reserving our services, you as the credit card holder gives authorization to charge the credit card on file for the services requested, w/o signature capture.

c. All prices vary, from state to state, city to city and country to country.

 

During the trip or vehicle in operation: 
a. The client assumes full financial liabilities for any damages to any of our vehicle caused during the duration of the services by the passenger(s) or any member(s) of the party.
b. Smoking is NOT permitted in ANY of our vehicles (subject to fine). 
c. Alcohol consumption under the age of 21 years of age and drug use is NOT permitted in ANY of our vehicles, it is prohibited by law. Any fines allocated will be paid for by the client.
d. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown or blown tire while on charter, however, will only be responsible making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.
e. Driver has the right to terminate any run without refund for; such as: if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) or party, or excessive drinking on board the vehicles or unprofessional behavior or misconduct.
f. Not responsible for delays or the termination of services due to unsafe road conditions (accidents, delayed plain, icy roads, etc...
