Cancellations / Changes: 
All inbound flights (pick-ups from the airport), are kept track and pick-up times are updated accordingly. 
a. Changes to local reservation address pick-up time for Sedan, SUV or Pass. Van must be made 6 hours and NOT 2 hours before from the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us.
b. Changes to local reservation address pick-up time for Limousines or Party Time must be 36 hours and NOT 2 hours the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us. 
c. Changes to  Worldwide reservation pick-up time for Sedan, SUV or Pass. Van must be made 1 week in advanced and NOT 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us. 
d. Changes to Nationwide reservation pick-up time for Sedan, SUV or Pass. Van must be made  36 hours and NOT 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us. 
e. Changes in case of an emergency please contact our office at 206-218-8700 or 206-451-7078.

f. Cancellations for Sedan, SUV, or Pass. Van service; local reservation must be within 6 to 24 hours and NOT 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us. 
g. Cancellations for Limousine or Party Busses service: local reservation must be within 24 to 48 hours and NOT 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us.
h. Cancellations for Worldwide reservations must be with in 72 hours and NOT 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us.
i. Cancellations for Nationwide reservations must be with in 36 hours and NOT 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, either online or by contacting us.

j. Canceling a trip less than 8 hours in advanced and NOT 2 hours before the scheduled trip time, otherwise it will result in full service charge.

k. Canceling a trip on the spot or no show, no call will result in full charge for the services.
