Airport & Cruise Ship Departures / Arrivals  Pick-up instructions: 
All airport departures.
We are not responsible for airline status changes; flight delays or cancellations of the flights. 
a. For domestic flights, reservation scheduled pick-up times must be at least 2 hours before the flight, from a address pick-up location. 
b. For international flights, reservation scheduled pick-up times must be at least 3 hours before the flight, from a address pick-up location.


All airport & cruise ship arrivals. 
All reservations scheduled for airport pick-ups, client is must provide the name of the arriving airlines and flight number.
a. We are not responsible for airline status changes nor cruise line status changes; flight delays or                                           cancellations from departing city, state or country. Please contact us at 844-800-6462 for any changes to flight status. 
b. All inbound, airline arrivals, domestic or international fights are tracked by real time flight trackers. Flight status changes are monitored and pick-up times are updated automatically.


From airport & cruise ship pick-up instructions.
a. Curbside pick-up: As soon are you have all your luggages and you are ready to be picked up, please contact us at 844-800-6462  with baggage claim exiting door number. We'll notify the driver your zone location and the door number. This also applies to Cruise Ship Arrival pick-up. 
    NOTE: The driver will call your name when he is at your specified baggage claim door number.
b. Meet & Greet: Your driver will be inside the airport at the baggage claim level with a your name plate.  
   1. Clients with checked in bags, your driver's location will be the baggage claim carousel number.
   2. Clients with carry ons ONLY, your driver's location will be by the exiting escalators from the specified terminal gate exits.
